At Sarla Creations, we take pride in crafting each garment with precision and care, exclusively for you. We understand the value of a seamless shopping experience, and while our pieces are made-to-order, we are committed to assisting you in every possible way.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy:

All our garments are made-to-order, and therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Alteration Support: We are happy to assist you with post-delivery alterations if the fit requires adjustment. Additional charges may apply based on the nature and extent of the alteration.

Exceptions: In rare cases where there is a defect or an error from our end, we may approve an exchange at our sole discretion.

Ready-to-Ship Items: For ready-to-ship garments, we encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order. Alteration services are available if needed.

Please note: Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or alterations.

  1. Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds for made-to-order garments.

However, in exceptional situations such as production defects, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Store credit

  • Product replacement

  • Complimentary alterations (where feasible)

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after the order is placed
